Matrix Independent Station Slide Systems are ideal for maximizing
spray time in robotic spray painting operations that require masking,
at an economical price. The operator can load and unload parts
in one fixture, while the robot is painting the parts in a second
fixture, thereby keeping both the robot and the operator productive
at all times.
Standard system
features include:
Motion
provided by rodless cylinders guided by linear bearings on precision
shafting
- Reed switches indicate slide position
- Deceleration shock absorber to allow smooth stopping
- 24VDC control components
- Pneumatic regulator and flow controls provided on each cylinder
to adjust stroke speeds independently
- Standard fixture mount provided at base and on upright fixture
post
- Simple integration into existing booth and robotics
- Fixture controls mounted directly on fixtures for ease of
change over
- Offsite system run-off capability
- Complete system start- up and commissioning.
Optional equipment
and services available:
Paint
robot (make and model specified by customer)
- On-site robotic integration and programming
- Fluid handing system
- Analog or closed loop fluid control
- Multi-stage fluid filtration
- Auxiliary controls package for minimum programming and integration
requirements at the robotic controls
- Full fixture control packages via auxiliary or robotic control
panel
- Numerous mask and fixture options including: auto flip-top,
auto flip-top roll-over, etc.
- Off-line solvent or solventless mask washing
- Secondary assembly equipment
- Remote dial-up or Ethernet troubleshooting support (dependent
on controls system hardware)
- System installation
