Matrix High Pressure Tool Washing Systems allow process tooling
coated during production to be cleaned in a timely and non-degrading
manner. Tools are cleaned using high pressure water (2,000-40,000
PSI) in an enclosed washing chamber. Each system can be designed
to clean multiple tools mounted on a conveyor, or one tool at
a time with manual load/unload capability.
