Conforming Matrix Flowcoat and Curing Systems are easily operated coating and curing systems designed specifically for the application of UV cure base and top coat lacquers to all surfaces of products. Coating can be applied to flat, round and/or contoured surfaces without the presence of runs, sags, droplets or tearing of the coating. The reel width is custom designed to match to your required production rate and coating selection.

Our entire family of Flowcoat and Curing Systems are capable of being loaded and unloaded at the same or opposing ends, dependent on process flow. Conforming Matrix flowcoat systems produce components at cycle times that meet your requirements with world-class component quality.
