rest pad & work holder masks
A ten cavity mask with silicone rest pads (seen at right) is designed for cell phone faces. The raw parts are pre-loaded into the rest pads, and then placed in the pad location blocks prior to perimeter masking.

Conforming
Matrix rest pads and work holders work in conjunction with a wide
range of paint fixtures, from standard vertical fixtures to automatic
tilt and flip top rollover fixtures.
Hybrid
epoxy (seen to right) is ideal for use in part carriers, rest
pads, and masking work holders. This material is very durable,
light weight, and chemically resistant. Through the manufacturing
process precision lip lines can be achieved

four cavity urethane rest pad (seen at top) is designed to work
with an automatic mask and wash system.

Single cavity silicone rest pad (seen at right). The silicone
protrudes into selected part holes to eliminate the chance of
coating blow through to the class 'A' surface of the housing.
