Conforming Matrix Metallization tooling works in conjuction with metallization equipment. (Stokes, Leybold and others).

A 72” Stainless steel and nickel electroform Stokes metallization reel (seen above). Each reel has four sides; with eight parts per side (part quantity/reel are part dependant). Optional Teflon plating can be applied to the electroforms to minimize the scratching occurrence of part from operator handling.

A 72” Steel and nickel electroform Stokes metallization reel (seen above right). The reel has two sides with 16 parts per side. Each electroform is designed to accept two parts allowing the greatest part density.

A 15 cavity fabricated stainless steel metallization frame (seen at right). The frames are designed to work with a Leybold vacuum metallization machine.

Stainless steel inserts designed to work in Leybold metallization chambers (seen at left). These inserts feature a rapid turnaround time and competitive pricing.
