Manual fixtures

At Conforming Matrix, all fixtures are constructed of heavy duty steel frames and linear bearing slides as required.

Vertical fixture with caster stand (seen at left). This fixture is designed with linear bearings and century covers for precision alignment and extended life.

Horizontal slide fixture (seen at right) is designed with a caster stand, structural steel frame, and linear bearings for precision alignment.

Vertical fixture with tilt and caster stand (seen at left). This fixture designed with linear bearings and century covers for precision alignment and extended life. This fixture allows the operator to paint in the horizontal position as well as at a predetermined angle.
