Automatic vertical rotary paint fixture (seen at left) designed with a fixed HVLP spray gun, two-hand non tie-down cycle buttons, an air motor and gear box for auto rotation. This fixture is ideal for the production painting of cylindrical parts such as hubcaps or center caps.

At
Conforming Matrix, all fixtures are constructed of heavy duty
steel frames and linear bearing slides as required.
Auto-flip-top
auto-rollover-trunion fixture (seen at right) is designed with
linear bearing construction for precision alignment. This fixture
allows part painting on the front and back sides. The fixture
operation features a ~6” vertical mask movement prior to
the pneumatic hinge movement. 
This
function allows a mask with deep pockets to be removed from the
part without scratching. The fixture is designed to be used with
a caster stand for a manual operation, or as an automatic operation
with a robotic turntable or slide system.
